We are looking for land with residential development potential, and we often assemble our sites involving several different landowners. Potential sites are taken through the complicated planning process by our expert team of Architects, consultants and planners. We will consider sites of all sizes and densities mainly across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and Middlesex.
BUILDING QUALITY HOMES
We build traditional homes in our bespoke developments, using local builders and craftsmen to create individual homes with a contemporary feel to them. We try to go the extra yard and to build homes that we would want to live in ourselves ! Recent developments include small town centre studio flats , courtyard developments of cottages and stunning five bedroomed homes.
